Steps to reproduce the issue
Request ID from the error message or response header (x-request-id)
Whether billing, login, or grant submissions are blocked

Do not send

Passwords or one-time codes
Full payment card numbers
Unredacted identity documents unless we explicitly request them over a secure channel

Response targets

We respond to support requests on UK business days. Critical production outages are prioritised alongside our public status page updates.

Escalation

If your issue is urgent and affects multiple users, reply to your support thread with "urgent" in the subject and reference the status page incident ID if one is published.

Security reporting

Report suspected vulnerabilities to support@crescogrants.com with the subject line Security report. Do not post exploit details publicly until we acknowledge receipt. We do not operate a public bug-bounty programme during the pilot.

For UK GDPR access, correction, or deletion requests, email privacy@crescogrants.com — not the general support inbox.
